OUR STORY
OWNER Background:
Born into a very poor family,
I worked multiple jobs during my youth to support my household,
and through that effort,
I graduated from university.
After entering the workforce,
I suffered setbacks such as illness, the bankruptcy of the company
I worked forehand betrayal by subordinates, leading me to nearly lose hope at times.
However, at the invitation of a university senior,
I moved to Yamaguchi Prefecture and started a restaurant.
The failure during the COVID-19 pandemic was a major setback, but it taught me the strength to overcome challenges.
I also ventured into starting a business overseas,
but was defrauded and faced financial difficulties.
Despite these hardships,
at the age of 45,
I decided to make a comeback. As depopulation continued to worsen in rural areas,
I thought about the future of the region and decided to support local communities through 'local specialty ramen,' which became my final entrepreneurial decision.
